Umm Sunday

Christmas shopping is started, I know only started but hey usually we are the crazy last min shoppers so woo hoo!  ~Erik and I had an almost childless outting just baby to shop :), we can totally read eachothers minds it's hilarious, he was thoughtful enough to decide tacobell for dinner so I didn't have to cook <3   ~ Sereniti decided to paint her own nails today (while I shower...), she did awesome on our craft of turkeys today :), she asked me if she still had sidewalk in her mouth tonight HA HA (the dentist had to cement her spacers in) <3   ~ Phoenix the awesome brother that he is held the nail polish for his sis, he loved helping w the grocery shopping, he missed me lots when we were gone <3   ~ Brekayla loves one of the toys she's getting for christmas, she is getting better at sitting alone, she's been Miss Chatterbox today <3   Well 2 days of school this wk & hubs workin longer..... Today was Grandparent Appreciation Lunch at Sereniti's school, she was lucky she had Grandad, Aunt Jess, & Gma! Afterward we window shopped till she got out of school. ~ Erik is a hotty, he had more patience w the kids then I did after today, he wants me to unwind cuz he feels nice <3   ~ Sereniti lost her other top tooth, we read her library book together, she made up a couple stories at school w some friends <3   ~ Phoenix had fun at school, he was super excited to see Gma, he waved to Santa all excited at the mall <3   ~ Brekayla was so chill today, she made grr noises in the car, while at Sereniti's school she just looked and looked and looked <3   Now off to Gma's tomorrow!

Things I Love To Remember :-)

Today I have totally kicked butt :) Alas I feel like it's a holiday... everything is my responsibility while the guys chill away, man they are lucky I love them Tee Hee  ~ Erik getting off work at a decent time, the fact we're both snuggly tonight, he gave Elway crap about me cooking dinner Ha Ha <3   ~ Sereniti showing off her fidget friend after school, her bein so cuddly w me, apparently I have a mommy-daughter date tomorrow <3   ~ Phoenix wants to go to the moon when he grows up (melts my heart), he helped me clean the van w no probs, he was so excited about his new book from school <3   ~ Brekayla's face as she studies you, her conversations she was you, getting out of the shower she's stretching herself in her bumbo tappin her head on the door <3  The best way to wake up? With three little snugglies in your bed!

Missing my motivation day..

Today was a boo to do anything day, my motivation didn't visit till around 3pm and that was only because the guys were coming home so I couldn't show I just sat on my bum all day LOL  ~ Erik bein all lovey when he got home from work, actually changing a nasty diaper, & helping w showers <3  ~ Sereniti being so excited to be the mystery bag person, getting her library book finished today, & just bein all sweet about brushing her teeth <3  ~ Phoenix's look of content while sleeping, how proud he is to buckle himself up, & the fact of him getting ready w the girls in the am making my morning easier <3  ~ Brekayla rolling as soon as I put her down, her little wiggle she does, & her grin as she sees me <3   I love my life :)

Tuesday, Tuesday

Today I woke up w more determination to get my list done, yay! I am so excited to check out a gym down the street, they do both zumba classes plus motivating you w workouts. I think this will help my stress level so I can do my own thing, it's hard when it feels like you have 2 husbands & 6 kids Ha Ha  ~ Erik got off work early & met me and the littles for lunch, ha ha he is fun to wrestle with, he called me this morning just to see how I was feeling, aww <3   ~ Sereniti took Brekayla for wiggle car rides, we read more of her book, she's my cute Strawberry Shortcake <3   ~ Phoenix shared his cereal w his blankie this morning cuz blankie was hungry, he was so excited that he built a big tower at school and has decided he wants blocks from Santa, when he hops like Mario he pokes his belly out Ha Ha <3   ~ Brekayla totally giggled today :), she had fun making noises while bouncing on my knee, she didn't know what to think when I layed her in the pile of leaves <3

Oh Monday....

Mondays are hard getting the kids back in their routine for the week, blah this week was hard for me to get back into gear too. ~ Erik telling me there isn't enough time in the world to show his appreciation, how we are on the same page w our marriage, making me laugh w our conversation this morning <3  ~ Sereniti reading 3 chapters of her Junie B Jones book with me, her creativity to sell her stuff, her giggle <3  ~ Phoenix wanting to play ball w me, the way he can navigate my phone for his games, him arguing w the talking tomcat game <3  Brekayla shaking her rattle, rolling over on both sides and pulling her left arm out, the way she'd talk to me while trying to eat <3 ...... now off for some snuggles and Buffy :)

~Enjoying joking around with my Hotness after breakfast and soon watching our fix of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I love that I can trust him with anything <3 ~ Making up cheers with Sereniti's new cheerleading pom poms, waiting for our reading time together, watching her be the best big sis <3 ~ Wrestling with Phoenix, having our typical why we do things everydays conversations ( today's about going potty & if we have lots of pee in our pee pees LOL), Watching him take his nap... his calm of the day <3 ~ The huge smile on Brekayla's face when she sees me, her vocalizing today, & oh that giggle <3

Sweets of my day....

I hate the fact that I feel like such a negative person most of the time so i am hoping remembering my laughs for the day can help keep that smile on my face :)  ~Tee Hee I enjoyed watching college football w Erik while we played the he says this game on the tv, then when he just gently tilted his head and kissed my forehead <3  ~Sereniti and her creative ways to try to get my attention... "mom lets play ring around the rosies" "mom I'll read my book to you" Or just her giggling as we are swinging around and falling <3  ~Phoenix's "mom is it snowing? Yay!" Or him grabbing my hand so I'll keep him safe as we are crossing the parking lot. The way he smiles just lights up my day <3  ~Brekayla being so excited to see me, the look of Ha Ha on her face as she is laying on her daddy. The fact that if she concentrates enough she'll sit up on her own, her sucking on her toes <3........  I am such a lucky lady :) <3

Holy 4mths!

I can't believe my baby is 4mths old already! She is growing and developing fabulously :) She weighs 14lbs8oz, basically she gains about a lb and a half a mth since I took her in for her 2mth she was 11.8, so funny to me. Anyway she is at the point of frustration when trying to roll over, she reaches out to things and attempts to put them in her mouth. She has begun the early stages of teething with the drool, crabbiness, and chewing on things. I think she has weened herself from the binx as she won't take it unless she wants to chew it Tee Hee She smiles so much and loves to babble with ya. When eating lately she'll stop just to look at you or see what is going on, she is quite perceptive. I love my cuteness so much!!

My lil blessings

Today I have woken up in the most grateful mood.  I am blessed to be able to stay at home and experience all the little things people usually take for granted.  My time with Sereniti, she loves doin girly big girl things with mommy.  Make up, nails did, pictures, Hannah Montana LOL.  Today she tells Erik and I at dinner about how they were learning about dinosaurs in school and how she was going to fly on one to the North Pole, Erik tells her the dinosaur will eat Santa and she just gives him a look it was funny.  My time with Phoenix, he loves bein a boy dirt and bugs EEWW.  I love when he tells me about his friends from school and just the way he looks at me I can see his appreciation and love for me.  My husband who works his fingers to the bone working 12hr shifts and still tryin to make time for his kids and me.  I do everything I can to make homelife easier for him, leaving only the lawn and catbox for him to worry about.  I also write littlwe notes to put inside his lunchbox so he knows I love him <3
I have been really hard on myself throughout Phoenix's last yr and this pregnancy and it is something I am working on.  I hate not feeling good enough, feeling like a bad mom like I can't handle things and also letting people take advantage of me.  I am proud of myself for noticing the little things I do get done at this point in my pregnancy and not overdoing it so everyone has to pay with my crabbiness later.  I have excepted that if I get a few little things done that is enough because as long as my house is clean and doesn't smell nobody notices the little things anyway :)  For bein this far and takin care of my 2 fulltime kids plus my "niece" plus every other wknd my stepson I rock ;)

Our lil world

 Me at almost 31wks.  I have my lovely nausea and throwing up back, yay :0P  Crazy to believe I have about 8wks left! 

 The kids colorin before Phoenix had to go to school, he loves his big sis so much =0)  These are the reasons I love staying home.

Baby at 31.5wks =0)  Healthy and a lil over 3lbs.  The doc says this ones petite compared to Mr 8.6 Tee Hee

My biggest pet peave right now is all the drama going on, ugh I moved to my own little world to get away from it, then I get a response of "oh you seem like you have the perfect life" no my life isn't perfect but I don't air my dirty laundry thank you very much.  Life is what you make it, I try to make mine a happy one   =0)

Wow time flies!

Today I am 30wks!  So crazy how time has flown by.  This morning as our routine goes Phoenix and I chilled and watched cartoons, while watching cartoons he decided he wanted to cuddle.... with the baby!  Every time he would lay on me he would pull up my shirt so he was directly on my belly.  It was so cute I couldn't pass up the pic.  The thing that really stands out in this pregnancy is the hormones, they are driving me crazy!  Tee Hee

Aww the beginning of February...

I have made it my goal this wk to get things accomplished better around the house.  I have set laundry days (now set @ light day and dark day), and house cleaning days (3 days, 1 level a day).  Yesterday I totally kicked bum, got all my darks washed, dried AND folded!  Lately the folding hasn't happened the same day.  Today I was too busy to get my cleaning done for the day, in fact dinner dishes are waiting till tomorrow to be done I am tired!  Woke up @ 4am to make sure Erik got up with his alarm, again @ 5am to set up my nieces bed for when her dad dropped her off, again ?@ 620 when he arrived here, and again @7 to get the house up and ready for school.  Needless to say after dropping Sereniti and Taydin off I needed some rest, do you think Phoenix let me? HA!  So I picked the girls up from school. got Phoenix off to school and went to my ultrasound app (no still didn't find out, it was to fig out the size), then Phoenix's teacher called about 15min before his school got out saying he had a rash... wasn't there when he went to school.  So after he got home I straightened up the house a bit and took to kids to the Layton office because the Roy one didn't have an opening, ugh.  I had the hardest time finding the place so we ended up being about 10min late to his app but luckily we still got in pretty fast.  The rash, the docs said seemed to be just an allergic reaction to something, what I haven't a clue so hopefully it'll just leave his system and we can be done with it.  I told Erik if he isn't in the hospital he wants to see docs since I took him in about a wk ago for ear infections.  Sereniti has been an angel most of the day and didn't cause any grief in the docs office yay!  Came home, made dinner, baths, then bed.  Wow now it's me time (having to sacrifice time w the hubs)  How do you guys make time for yourselves?  I seem to lack that since becoming a SAHM and sometimes it drives me crazy.  Wouldn't change the time w my kids for the world but a woman has to have her alone time right?

Time Flies!

I can't believe I am 20wks already!  Man these 5mths have flown by.  Baby is increasing their movement, everyday I feel more and I'm loving it!  Sereniti is going to be such a great big sis for this she has done awesome with Phoenix.  She is my loving, caring, family girl.  Family time means the world to her.  Phoenix likes to discuss whether my belly ring is my baby or not and kiss it, so cute!  He is always so active yet his best friend is Sereniti.  He gets excited about anything new and has random thoughts he likes to share.  Khalib is gonna be almost 10yrs old when our baby is born, pure craziness!  I know he will be a big help and enjoy more of the baby since the older you get the more helpful you wanna be.  He is Mr. Talkative and always has an opinion about something.  If you haven't guessed or heard yet we aren't finding out the sex of the baby, drives Erik nuts but I'm excited about the surprise =0)
As for my CHAOS, I have some of it under control but I have been fighting a cold that will either be the death of my patience or my sleep I haven't figured out which yet.  And also the kids have been out of school so you know how that brings things out of whack.  Well back on track tomorrow!
Life couldn't be better for us at this point, we finally got our break =0)  All I need is more time out with my gfs so come on ladies lets make some plans!

Gettin in the swing of things.

I have started following Amanda's "CHAOS" blog and have picked up on some of her habits, they just aren't all for me.  With being 19wks pregnant I constantly either feel tired or that things aren't clean enough so I over do myself.  So my plan is to get on a better routine, I feel better when I follow a routine but I get bored doing the same things day after day.  I need to get my bum outta bed shortly after Erik leaves so like 5:30ish and have my chill time because once Phoenix is up all the madness begins he expects all the attention and Sereniti has to start getting ready for school 7:15ish, so if I have mommy time before I can focus on their needs a little more.  After Sereniti is off to school then start pickin up the morning mess, and play.  Homework when she's home and Phoenix is at school then relax with my big girl.  My biggest prob seems to be the night routine when I'm worn out and Erik wants to chill so I wanna chill with him yet I feel like I can't until the kids are in bed so gotta push some energy that way so I can stick to the actual routine nightly...  Ok I can do this! Feel free to leave me tips ;0)
